I just finished talking to my sister over the messenger. almost everyday we take time to talk to each other. even if we're working, we drop a message for each other. In our teen years, we never wanted each other's presence. We always fight, even for small things. but now were like bestfriends. our relationship became more stronger when i left home and work abroad. we tell all our secrets.. we trusted each other more... we looked out for each others back.. we cry and laugh more together. how about you, do you find yourself hanging out with your sister or siblings? have a nice day people...

I had a sister at the age of 11,so as the 11 years of my existence I am all alone with my parents .The time she was born,I feel so blessed and happy. And now, she's 5 and I'm so proud of her for she is so intelligent, funny, loving and all the characteristics of a sister you wish to have. For this reason I so love my sister so much.. How 'bout you???Do you also love your sister????

i am hoping this will happen to my two daughters when they get older. they are 4 years apart and one is 17 and one is 13 and while they never fight really, they arent that close but do hang out together sometimes but i believe it will change as they age.

We are almost similar. I have an older sister who works abroad now. Way back in younger days she hated me so much. I'm not sure why but may be because people back then kept on comparing us, and they were always in my favor... I remember I avoided all the schools where she studied for highschool and college. Flanking the entrance exams so we won't be seeing each other in the campus. Which was a right thing because we were get to be separated and that made us closer... I became her bestfriend, her crying shoulder. She's even the godmother of my eldest child. We talk and message each other in facebook. Not everyday, but as often as we can. Yup, we have a deeper bond now than we were kids...:-)

That is usually how it turns out. My children bickered all the time. Oh my goodness there was always a complain, that mom she is looking at me. I remembering having had enough of their bickering that I would put them in one bedroom and say to them you both stay in there and no one comes out until I see you both hugging. Funny, now that they are grown, they Love each other so much. They do not live in the same cities but text, message and call each other all the time. They individually will call me and always ask about one another. So I suppose my punishment worked. Keep that great relationship with your sister as in the future you will always be able to count on each other more than anyone in life.

Wow, I envy you because you have a sister like her. I am the only girl in the family and I have 3 younger brothers. When I was a child I wished and prayed to have a sister so that we can be playmates as we grow. That wish didn't come true until I got married. Coincidence or destiny, my husband is the only son among the five children in their family. So, I've got four sisters in an instant! I am very thankful to have good and friendly sisters-in-law. My very best sister-in-law is their youngest. I consider her as my real sister. We also share our secrets especially secret recipes. She's really a good cook. I learned from her a lot.
