Is there anybody offering me a good way to loss my weight?

As the summner is comming, we start to be in our flimsy dress. And then ... you know, the fat which cannot be found under the thick clothes in winter, now will be shown in summer. So before that happens, loss weight will be the only way to do the remedy. Is there any good way, absolutely healthy way, to help me?

I've managed to lose 29 pounds (13 kilograms) over the last 8 months just by cutting down on the amount of carbohydrate I consume... especially in the form of potato, pasta, white rice and white bread. Instead of having a sandwich for lunch I have those thin rice cakes with a little bit of light cream cheese and some tuna, salmon or sardine on it and a piece of fruit. Cuts my carb intake in half. For dinner I have half the amount of rice, pasta or potato. You can increase your vegies a little if you like. Of course, you need to get some cardio exercise too... I just walk (usually around 3 miles per day walking my daughter to school then home again). I didn't actually change my exercise routine when I cut back the carbs. This isn't possible for me, but if you can, have your large meal at lunch and have a light dinner like a salad or something so you're not going to bed with excess food in your stomach when your metabolism slows down causing you to gain weight.

You should mix one some lemon juice and honey in warm water on empty stomach. This will help cut down weight. Another weight loss treatment is with cucumber. Make its juice and mic with water and drink on empty stomach. The cucumber one must not be done everyday, But good if you are doing it 4 days a week.
