what are your daily efforts in staying healthy?

After being sick for so long, I really need to be vigilant about my health. So now, I take my vitamins and other supplements religiously and I have one medicine for maintenance which I never forget to take. I try to eat healthy and avoid certain foods to prevent the development of certain illnesses or delay their onset.

It's not consistent, but I've been exercising in the mornings. I also try (the operative word) eating healthier, but living back with the folks means I don't get as much control over my meals. I also take vitamin supplements, but just half the recommended dosage as I split it with my daughter (that's her recommended dosage). I can definitely do better.

generally speaking, staying healthy and fit is keeping a good discipline to yourself, have a well balance diet, regular exercise and enjoy/avoid stress..

Exercise and good diet is my way to good health.I do some cardio and aerobic exercises daily in morning and visit gym four times a week. Breakfast is a must for me and in whole day i eat small size five meals. I try to stay away from junk food as much as possible and also limit my sugar intake. I am not always successful but still with all my efforts i am able to keep myself fit and healthy.
