i wish to get some easy chinese recipy , since the one i get online are complicated and some ingredients i cant get in my country.

What you can actually do is search for substitute ingredients. Like in my case, lemons are usually expensive, so I can either use lime, orange or calamondin (calamansi) as substitutes.
I suggest you post a recipe you want to try, point out ingredients that you're having a hard time finding and we can suggest substitutes.

ph really lemon are expensive? from which country you from?
in my country well actually we are an island some ingredients doesnt come here so we cant really make everything we want too.
