I am just newbie here, so there are too many questions in my mind. I can see there are stars before username and they are rated irrespective of no. of posts and comments. What do they mean, are they earning multiplier OR levels of the user? How I can gain them?

The best way for you to learn what the stars are and the numbers inside the stars, what that number in parentheses is, why those numbers fluctuate, and so many other things is to read the FAQs. zralte gave you two very valuable links in the first response. Please use them. More specifically, here's the link for the FAQ on reputation and user rating (it's NOT a post count): www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx

That's very sweet. I'd expect that from a lamb.

Thanks Admin replying for my thread, this is the first time where I haven't read any Rules OR FAQ, my ignorance and my hunger to know everything(My fault, I didn't read the FAQ) forced me to post this topic. I have read the FAQ and most of the things are cleared now. I hope remaining things will be cleared with my journey with Mylot. I have visited Mylot many times before and Information content in it is very rich, but I didn't know at that time, mylot pays to post rich content(I came to know it after joining mylot,LOL). I will try to be a part of Mylot community(And earn more :D )

The stars represents your myLot reputation. If you go through FAQs, you will understand better. This discussion explain it very well too. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2354697.aspx I recommend reading FAQs. Many of your questions will be answered. Everything you need to know about myLot, that is. http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx
