Custody over Baby James: Kris or James?

13 July 2010, Kris Aquino made announcement of her firm desire to start the process of legal separation from husband James Yap.
Once successful, this process will lead to a petition of annulment of marriage.
After nullity of marriage is granted by law, the next question will be under whose custody of Baby James should be: the father or the mother?

I'm not a showbiz person, really. But for that issue, not only does the law state that the custody of children below 7 years old automatically goes to the mother. Attention-wise, of course Kris Aquino could be very much provide attention to their son since she quite her shows. There's no question financial-wise. I'm not saying that James Yap couldn't provide those. I'm just saying that Kris Aquino could certainly give more.

Supposedly, the right will be given to the mother but knowing the type of person she is, it is much better that Baby James be given to Social workers instead.
