excrement of the dog

Many people feed pet.and most of them feed dog.
They have a walk with the dog in the morning .Many times ,the dog excretes on the street.Some owners of the dog don't clean it and left it on the street .It is very dirty.Someone treads it wihout attention.
I hate the person like this.

Hi baifuwa.
I totally agree with you. Cleaning after your dog is about respect.
I wouln't like to step in someone else's dog poop, so I allways clean after my dog.
But I know dog owners who don't want to do that, even if there are laws that oblige them to do so.
