Until what time do stay up?

Usually if I had my afternoon nap, I can stay up till 2am to work. But if I didn't get my nap, I can only stay up till 12am. Before when I didn't have to work late I sleep around 9 to around 10pm, depending if I'm still watching a tv show. I guess now, I sleep after my work is done. How about you, until what time to you stay up?

i used to sleep by 10.30 pm every day. but since the time i discovered mylot...i have been sleeping at 12am and wake up at 6am.

Hi! I guess most of us here, do sleep around 12am but you do wake up early. It's good that you can manage that. I'm probably still in dreamland at 6am. Lol.

It is up to my mood sometimes I am waking up until 4:00 am to the extent that I am sleeping the whole morning but of course I don't have work. But usually it is around 11:00 or 12:00 am then waking up the next morning which is 9:00 am. As of now I don't have work so I can manage my time of when to sleep.

Hi! Sometimes it's cool to just be able to manage your time of sleeping. You can just stay up late and wake up late too. Happy Mylotting!

I stay up until about 11 or 12am unless my girlfirend is over then I am up later but generally until about 11 or 12am I work Sunday thou Thursday at my job so yeah I don't stay up late on those days since they are starting me at 10:00am to who knows. It gives me time to do some blog posting and other things like post on here!

It really depends on the day. Some days, I'm more tired than other days. Some nights, I'll be so tired that I'll just end up going to bed around 10 pm. Other nights, I'm not as tired and I might end up going to bed around midnight, 1 o'clock in the morning. It does vary.

It really depends on what I have to do the next day. when I go out to the club i can stay up until 5 or 6 in the morning. There has been times where I've not went to sleep at all.
