As you remember I have posted before that I am looking for the Basa fish when I discovered it at Kenny Rogers. But I am glad that my Mom discovered and bought Basa fish from the grocery and she find it that little bit cheap. She decided to cook the Basa fish once in a week by making it as steamed. Now I am going to decide many different kinds of recipe that can include in Basa fish just like lemon, orange or making a sauce for that fish to add spice.

Hi, Metatronik. I am glad that you have found the Basil fish too. This fish sounds very appealing. Especially with the many spices that is p onto it. Having steamed fish sounds very tasty. Enjoy!

It is like a Dory fish as well but it is cheaper. You can see it at the groceries they are already in fillet that is color white. You can actually order that meal in Kenny Rogers they have grilled fish and they used Basa fish on that. It is actually soft when you eat that even if you don't put sauce on it.

You can actually buy it at SM supermalls or hypermart. I have seen that at Mall of Asia I just don't have the idea if other malls has it. But hopefully you can buy that one.
