Do you know something about Qatar airway's Cabin Crew?

I saw in Qatar airway's web site that they have open days all over the world and they are looking for new members for their Cabin Crew. My country is one of the countries and i want to go. Is someone applied for some kind of job and can you tell me what i have to write in my CV to notice me and what i have to do on the interview? Do someone know what they are looking in a person?
