What is Freelotto?

Of late, I am getting mails from freelotto.com. Long back I was a free member and played their free games. Sometime they sent me cheque of $1. Thereafter, they started asking me some monthly fee. Therefore, I ignored the site. Again sometime I get their mails.
What exactly is Freelotto? I know it plays on line lottery but is it a genuine site? Can any of my friends in mylot explain about this site?

udaymohan there is nothing really free about free lotto I belonged to it for awhile and made a dollar then they started taking six dollars out of my bank account and all my pleas for them to unsubscribe me went for nothing so I had to change my atm card so free lotto could not keep taking out money. this is a scam
