Sony Vegas

Has anyone ever used Sony Vegas before? It's a video editing software, if you haven't and don't know what it is. The only bad thing is that the price of it is very steep. Sony Vegas Pro runs upwards of $500. Which I think is probably a lot of money for a lot of people. I'd love to get it but I just don't have that kind of money right now to spare. I thought about trying it out anyway using the trial version. Though on the Facebook fan page of it, someone said you could download it for free on another website. I looked at it and apparently it's had thousands of downloads from that site. I'm still trying to figure that site out though. But anyway, has anyone used it before? Or know how long the trial version lasts (I looked but apparently I missed it somewhere)? How did you like it if you have used it before?

Sony Vegas is an amazing software that is worth all the money that you pay for it. As long as you are going to edit videos a lot, its worth a total buy.

I have found Sony Vegas to be the best video editing software ever. It may take some time to learn the ropes, but once you do, you will be green screening, adding effects, etc in no time. The price is VERY large, but I can help you get it for free.
