Is it best to get in at the start?

I do know this has been talked about a few times, about PTC sites, but never really talked about in its own way, so here it is. Is it best to get into a program at the beginning like I have just done at 2 different PTC sites. Or to wait a few months then maybe never make payout. I know some of us were discussing this the other day on another program, and some people had been talking about Gaga bux, and how they had made over $2000 before they wen bad. They also were talking about some other sites that went scam, all of which they had made good cash at before they turned scam, but they all got in, in the first few days. So do you all think that getting in, at the start of a new PTC site is the best time?
