Favorite book, chapter, or scripture in the Bible

What is your favorite book, scripture, or chapter in the Bible? I love Psalms because it's like poetry. It's also praise and worship to God. All of the Bible is good to me, but Psalms really touches me deeply. Praise and worship is what I live for, so I would have to say Psalms would be my book of the Bible. My other favorite scripture is II Chronicles 7:14... "If my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins and will heal their land." So myLotters, if you are Christian, what is you favorite(s) in the Bible?

I would have to say my favorite is Hebrews 13:5 "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee." It says so much in that scripture. It has helped me through so many things that only God could have helped me through.

I love the book of Joshua. The different battles and conquering actions the people of Israel did in that chapter were just so amazing. They were indeed able to put into realization the prophesy to them many years before that everything they set their foot on shall be theirs.

Gee, do I have to pick one? If I had to pick one, I think Proverbs. Then Philippians and Ephesians. All three books are fantastic guides for our lives. Philippians teaches us fruitful thinking. Ephesians teaches us relationships.

I actually like the letter to Corinthians the most. Whenever I read at random, it's always the Corinthians that gets me. I usually gets most of my questions answered using Corinthians. I don't know why, but it seems that the letters to Corinthians and me are really connected.

My favorite book in the Bible are the book of Psalms and the book of Proverbs. The book of Psalms is my favorite because as a Praise and Worship minister, I can relate to King David, the major writer of the book of psalms. I like proverbs because it makes me understand more about life and how I should live an excellent life here on earth.
