Working out with Jillian Michaels

That's right. I cannot run right now since I am a care giver for my son. I am not able to leave him alone for even a minute and don't have a treadmill. So before he came home I bought one of Jillian's workout dvds. I did the warm up and the first set Sunday morning. Then Monday I did the warm-up and the first two sets. (there are 7 sets) I skipped yesterday because there was very little sleep the night before. This morning I did the warm-up, first three sets and the cool down. It's a fat burner work-out so it's pretty intense - and I love it!!
I hope to work up to doing the whole thing soon. I am trying to go slow since I am not sleeping much. I also am kinda crunched on time. Maybe if I find a better time slot it will be easier to do the whole thing too! Have you ever done one of her workouts?

Yes I've done Jillian Michaels workouts. Before I joined my gym that's about all I did. At the time I wasn't able to make it through a full hour, but I'm sure I could now if I tried... though now it's easier on me to go to the gym (no kids underfoot there!).

Lol! I don't have small kids so that's not the problem. I could probably do the whole thing but since I am not sleeping well I thought I would try to break into it a little slower!
