There is no way that Marty would be consulting on Hannah's case

Since Marty is who Hannah has confessed to attacking and killing her unborn baby, the authorities would never have Marty be one of the doctors deciding Hannah's sanity and fitness for standing trial, etc. This is just stretching believability too far even for a soap.
