At the present times it is known that products such as fruits and vegetables are already being genetically modified in order for it to look bigger and sllable to the market. What we don't realize are the medical risks we post ourselves and even this products are becoming carcenogenic. Can we still trust this organic foods? I love fruits and veggies and they are intended to be nutritious but I fear I might catch illness rather than nutrition.

Hi meeksilent, it's true that market are full of fruits and vegetables which are genetically modified to attract consumers with their respective bigger and vivid looks. We do worry whether these dazzling crops would cause any harm to our health. Merchants understand that consumers tend to take organic foods which are believed to be more healthy and nutritive as well as safer to take. Therefore we could see more and more outlets and stores selling organic products.
Most of the organic products are twice the price higher than the traditional ones. To be frank at the moment I don't trust all those so-called organic food as many of them are false. I know many businessmen try to take advantage, making easy money by sticking tags of “Organic" plus "certified by ecocert" on the packet of the product
Only having strong immune system we could then could fight against the harm cased by chemical toxin in the food we consume daily I suppose.

Thanks for your response. I am also thinking twice with this so-called organic foods because this days all is talking basically business, and compromising health is not the concern what they want is to gain money not even considering the product they are selling :(

we do grow some easy take care of vegetable plants in our courtyard. They are long beans, pumpkin, lady's fingers and sweet potato. The stirred friend baby leaves of sweet potato together with chili as well as shrimp paste is really yummy to eat together with plain rice. We hope taking some of these genuine "organic" vegetables could help to reduce the amount chemical toxin available in the vegetables purchased
At the same time we could save some daily expenses
