fast an easy is to make chinese food just put some spices in rice then your food is ready to eat.when ever i am alone at home i use to make chinese food its realy easy but some chicken cube soya sause salt ajinomoto tat ol.. u r done...or u can make a sandwhich fast and easy...

How about the fried eggs? The eggs are not expensive food and it's easy to cook them well in a short time. The dishes made from eggs are very delicious. I love China
