I was just thinking about the fact that my college term will start in 6 weeks, and that doing the calculations, I would need to earn £1000 to pay of my year's tuition fees, then it crossed my mind about whether there are such jobs that pay you £1000 a week...? :)

Is there anything you can do on campus to earn a little extra money, or is all that unpaid volunteer internships that look good on a resume? I'm not quite sure what to tell you. All I can say is I would suggest is balancing things you can do online to earn some money, as well as a job offline, and maybe on the side doing some yardwork or grocery pick up for family and friends. All I can do is wish you the best of luck.

Online jobs are never going to earn me £1000 a week unless I was running a big corperation or something, just doing as much as I can with what I have and probably get a loan :)

No of course not, online claims of making thousands are just funny, but it can help a little bit, but with time balancing it might just be easier to get a loan and do some side jobs offline. I wish you luck.

Thanks Cowgirl, there are so many scams out there it's unbelievable, I'm lucky I still have my head screwed on not to fall for any of it in my situation... ;P

It totally depends on the type of job you are doing. There are jobs in which if you're designated on a big post, you might get more than 1000 per week. But a friendly suggestion, when you are stepping up on a ladder, you start from the ground, and then you reach the top, you can't just jump from 1 to 10, right? So as far as success in any field of life is concerned, one needs to start from the ground level. I think you better first find a job in which you get paid not necessarily 1000 per week, but if it is less, then you should go for it. Get professional on what you are doing, and when you turn into a 'diamond' sort of person, then you can put your demand. Because then you will be requirement. So change yourself into that, and then you will love it.

I understand what you mean, just to keep developing yourself and build up experience and gradually specialise in an area of expertise. There are actually a lot of jobs that pay £1000 a week, but of course it all comes with a price and a lot of sacrifices...

I would imagine that there aren't many entry level jobs that would pay that sort of money. Yes, some people earn that in a week but most people are lucky if they even earned half of that in a week.
