Work of Art is sort of like Project Runway and Top Chef in that it takes some fairly unknown artist and brings them together and gives them a project to do every week. What the artists come up with is judged by guest artists, art critics and gallery owners. One artist is sent home every week. Whoever wins gets 100,000 and their art displayed in a famous museum. They even have their own version of Tim Gunn in Simon de pury who comes and gives the artists advice on their projects each week. Do you watch the show? Would you be interested in watching this show? If you watch the show, what did you think about Erik's exit this week? In the beginning I liked Erik and thought he was alright and I even liked a couple of his projects. But, he seemed to give some of other artists especially the trained artists a hard time. He acted like the trained artists were sell-outs or not as broke as him which isn't the case for some of them. Also he gave Miles a hard time and I guess he doesn't know anything about Miles OCD problem or if he did he chalked it up to Miles trying to be the tortured artists. I don't like it when people make light of other people's mental disorders when they have no idea whats its like to live in their head. I have known and even lived with people who have extreme mental disorders and its just not easy for them at all. What do you think?
