Well for me I am addicted to video games I just love them so much and I play them for hours I have cut back a little bit, but that's because my mom. '
My brother and sister are the same way I guess it runs in the family a bit. Video games do get in my way of my studies though which is not good I know, but what can I do.
Many people now a days have addictions to many things and we all just can't help that you know a little bit is always good, but to much is always bad for you.I heard about some guy who died from gaming to much at a cafe I think it was from exhaustian, but the police said it was from cardiac arrest.
Anyway remember an addiction is never good for your health and well being it just isn't.

At this time I'm addicted to Mylot, Farmville and scrabble. The farmville and scrabble will pass one day but Mylot I will be addicted till they take it away.

The Farmville game is on Facebook. You are able to build a farm with crops and animals, buildings and whole lot of different things its really alot of fun.

I used to be addicted to online chess. And I played it a lot. But that was only during my break or when I had nothing to do at that very moment. Would you call that an addiction? Anyway I've since been addicted to myLot. And I'm on it a lot of times too. But then again I do not myLot at work and if I have something else to attend to I just leave it for awhile to return the next time I'm free.

Yes I am addicted to video game like pc games and arcade games even I am a collage student, I always play hours everyday except if there is brownout like what we are experiencing lately. And I can not miss a single day without playing video games specially in vacations and I play games until my head hurts. But I do not sacrifice my study in playing video games if there is exams or quizzes I personally stop gaming and study my lectures. In your situation it is a little bit of self control, time management, setting priorities is needed and you can do it little by little and later you gonna used to it, since studying is very important for your future life.

Yes you our right studies always have to come before video games no matter what because that will make up my future. I will learn to have more self control and try to not play as much. Still I have cut back on video games a bit. Still very good for you that you do take your studies seriously.

Fortunately , I am not addicted for any bad habits . So I do not worry about this . But I suggest that you should stop yourself from playing video games to much . That is not good for your studying and health .

Anime, at least you know video games is not good for your health and to your studies, that is good sign. Start discipline yourself in playing this game. Video games is created for fun and entertainment not for addiction. Remember anything too much is not good. I was like this before but I overcome. I start to discipline myself and think for my future.
Let back to your topic, I am addicted watching Prisonbreak, 24, Merlin, Heroes. Everytime they have new season, I start looking for a DVD to buy and watch the whole DVD in a day. I also search in the web when is the new release of their new season.

Do you like PC game, or do you have any console..whats your favorite game, as you can see am crazy about video games. but dont thing am insane with it, i spends half a time on game and rest all full workout and other outdoor stuff. i am the only one in family who loves game. if you care to share your video game experience with me that fine with me. i dont have an addiction that am sure, just a craze for new games and finishing them.

I love pc games like sims games and others and I have a lot of consoles I have the wii, PS3, PS2, Gamecube, Nintendo64, the snes. Oh yeah I have a PSP and a nintendo DS too. Maybe that's why I can't cut down I have so many consoles and hve lots of games. I also love to get new games and finish them too because an unfinished game is an unhappy game.

There were only two things that i am addicted to, It's mylot and facebook. Because i just can't help it, My life is incomplete if i cannot visit my accounts with these to site. However, I don't considered my self as an "addict" cause i'm just only a fanatic. LOL cheers! happy mylotting!

I must admit I too am addictive to video games, and I am 35 with wife and daughter, so recently I've tried to reduce the gaming to weekends only. The thing is, I'm into multiplayer games on the Xbox 360 and its a good way to chat and catch up with friends and family whom most of mine live in a differnt country. I try not to play for more than 1 hour a time.
But I also enjoy playing the nintendo Wii with my 18 month old daughter, she loves standing on the board.

I am addicted to both Video Games and Music. Video games puzzle the mind and cause it to work in ways that it is not always worked in. It also helps in the whole hand-eye coordination department as well. I've been addicted to music since I was probably 10. Whether it's playing it, listening to it, or making it. I just can't get enough of it. I consider both of my addictions though healthy and they don't really get in the way of any aspect of my life.

Addicted to .. My friends , my pets and my family .. I'm so SO happy when i'm with my friends ,they always make me wanna smile ! My family .. Heh , maybe i'm the craziest there ,butt .. [blush] .. I used to be addicted to playing games on a pc or another different platforms. But I have lost interest in them. Now I just find myself online everyday. I just like being online as there are many different things I could do like chat or play online games or read stuff or just watch funny videos. I find that I need to be online everyday just to remain sane. lol.

I don't think it does any harm to be because ...but actually it do increase by thinking abilities..
yep..a little did it affect ma studies too..
I'm planning to buy a new ps3 slim...

Since the time I was a child I have been addicted to computers, and then when the Internet came into being, I became addicted to that. If the electricity were shut off or I lost the Internet signal, I would be really bored. Maybe that qualifies as a geek but there are so many things to do. If everyone did it, it wouldn't be considered abnormal.

wel you are right that addiction is bad for health but most of us are addicted of any thing.
I am addicted to this internet and mylot.com
When ever i am online i prefer to come online on mylot.
So,inshort i can say that i am addicted to mylot.
