just invest it. too small to splurge on but too big to just save in your pocket.

Hi hushi22, apart from the money made here I do have lots of fun reading and writing here during my leisure time. This is the reason why this site could keep me stick to here since the first day I joined as member I would still visit this site frequently if I were that lucky to wind a million dollars of lottery prize. I would like to share my great happiness with my friends here. I would like to keep the whole entirely money won in my bank account for safety purpose. I then plan nicely how to use the money in a more worthy and profitable way to multiple the amount of sum Happy posting

I would get some work done on my house and a few other things. But, mainly I would invest it. While I would like to move, I'm not sure that just a mere million, especially after taxes, would be enough. A million dollars is just not what it used to be.

A million what? A million British Pounds? American Dollars? Chinese Yuan? Not stating currency was a bad idea :P If it was million British Pounds, I'd write a list of things I would want to do with it. I would spend a long time thinking smartly, I wouldn't waste it or rush into things. I'd probably then just buy a few cool gadgets to upgrade the technology I use already.

I would deposit 1/4 of it to the bank for safe keeping. 1/2 of it to invest in stocks or other money earning methods, and 1/4 to use for my needs and wants like buying a car and renovating my house. Maybe even donating to charity.

Converting that to Japanese Yen, that may not go along way, 1/3 would go on a nice house in the Kanagawa area, not Tokyo though. I may need the whole million for that - if its a decent sized place. I'd pay of my car loan, then put the rest towards tuition fees for international school for my daughter.
