You want to build a complete new house or second-hand house ??

I would much rather rent or buy a second hand house then for my husband and I to build our own. We might build a modular home, or build on the property his parents live on, but my husband and I live in the country and I love it here and hate construction. Besides second hand homes have their charm and are exciting because the layout is already there, nothing to decide on for yourself, etc.

Hi, maggiewinner. I would prefer to build a new house from the ground up. I would love to see something freshly built that I could call my own someday. It can be blue printed like I would want it to be.

If there was enough money I would buy a new house. With a new house you can decide what you want in it. With an old house there is more work to do because you make not like some things about the house and want to change some things.

If I would have a lot money, I am going to build a new house with a very big kitchen. My husband and I are staying in our house but its actually a one room place. Its just right for us anyway cause there's just me and him. But when we are going to have kids already, I want us to have a house bigger than what we have now.
