I want to have my referrals hyper-linked so they'll be banner ads but I don't know how to make a hyper link. So my question is, how do you make hyper links? Also, what are some creative ways to use hyper links to get your referrals up?

You may try to learn html. It is very easy and can be learned in very less time. You will also get to know how to create hyper links also you will learn to place them where you want and control their behavior.
