Do you earn decent money from microworkers.com?

I just sign up with microworkers.com, but I never have any experience with this website. I just want to know how much would you make on average from this website? I definitely need some extra money right now, and I won't mind to try to it out myself. From what I saw, most tasks posted in microworkers are either ask people to sign up vista card or sign up survey. Those are highest paid jobs in microworkers which normally pay over $1.00. If I sign up those websites, would that be string attached? Because I don't really want to expose my Identity to those commercial sites. Also, are there similar sites like microworkers that I can earn some extra money?

microworkers is a legit site you can more money depends on your potential you work well and you earn well

Yeah, but would you willing to sign up those credit cards for trial? I won't feel comfortable to expose my identity there though.
