experience with meditation !!!!!

hi friends!!!! i think all of you know what a meditation means!!! though i don't know more than you all know it ... but in my view a meditation is sitting in a peaceful area closing our eyes and getting back our lost energys!!!! now a days in my area where i live they have started conducting meditation classes for nearly 2 hrs.... i too joined it .. it have changed my life!!! after meditation i can control my anger and can concentrate on the thing which i want to...... this is my experience with meditation if you too have the same habits you all please post your experience so that rest all can start doing it.... i think meditation is only medicine which can cure any type of disease

Hi friend! I am currently attending meditation classes. But my problem is i can't just concentrate on it!!! I find it really hard to concentrate on it. can you do that? All my friends are finding difficult to do that for 15 minutes.

Yes meditation can help you a lot if you know how to do it correctly i believe. There are various ways and methods in which one can meditate to gain control of one's inner self. Some people call it THE CHI. It indicates the energy generated inside by meditating. Doing so can help you gain focus and stability in life an also yourself. You will find yourself o be more focused and concentrated. That way one can achieve more in life.

i used to do that until one day i slipped into way to far. and i wont do it anymore if i dont have to.. but sometime when i get my headaches i will

When I feel stressed or have a panic attack I do meditation or self-hypnosis ( it's more or less the same) it works like a charm. But I do not believe it can cure a disease. What it can do is reduce the chance of getting a really awful disease because the stress trigger is removed.
