How should I start my task?

My question is as above. I read the details about task on mylot. But I am not very clear about it. Is there anybody who would like to give me an explaination. Thanks.

You either create a task for other myLoters to work on your terms. And you pay them to. Or you work on a task on the terms of the task-creator. And you get paid for the task you did.
