I always hear my sister saying these words and I have no idea about it. I don't want to ask her about this. Any idea of what this means.

Maybe your sister was your sister's mother-in-law too many rules and like to go manage your sister's household. so the younger you feel uncomfortable. So that your sister was very happy and refreshed if there are no mothers-in-law.

It's possible. I've heard a lot issues about their mother-in-laws, some mother-in-laws are manipulated their child. For me, it is not good in terms of the relation of the couple.

yes, you are right, mother-in-law who interfered in the case of raising children is not good. Often there is a difference of opinion and lead to quarrels. If too long it will be a major problem.

whatever the reason is,those words should not come from the mouth of a real christian.Mothers are given by God.It won't hurt to treat old people with kindness especially they are already at the late stage of their life.If it is about money,you cannot bring it when you die and face God.If you treat your mother and mother-in-law badly,you should be ashamed to face God.

All good things should be put in the proper place. God always knows best. If in case this is about money matter, the husband should know his priorities in life. Helping others is not bad but, for me, it's not good if he lets his parents run their lives. Not really healthy for his family.=)
