It's best not to think of an hourly rate! At best, it must be of the order of 20 or 30 cents an hour. It depends on many factors: how many discussions you post and how many responses you get; how many responses you post and whether or not they are rated with + or - and are given Best Response by the discussion owner. You also earn a certain amount if you post relevant, well described and well tagged pictures (though they must be yours to post and not infringe copyright). Recruiting referrals is the most efficient way of increasing your earnings, however.
