Have you noticed that some discussions come in duplicates?

I was wondering why there were duplicates in some of the responses I was receiving. And then I posted a discussion which, to my surprise, was also duplicated. But there was a note in the tag that says a duplicate was reported and please answer to the other post. I think the cause was in the sending of the tags. It didn't respond on the first command and when resent, the post was done twice. Just figuring why...

I agree with you. i have been with that on some cases. Especially when the program just doesn't load much and I keep posting on the post responses option. The next thing I now there are two same discussions posted.YOur computer might be pretty slow eileen.

Hi eileenleyva,
Sometime i am also confused that before i am starting any discussion, whether it is already exist in mylot or not. But i am thinking naturally, with simple communication.

Yes this happens from time to time and mylot understands. I wouldn't worry about it and just enjoy, maybe referring members to the discussion with the most responses.

I have seen duplicate discussions too, and when I do see them, I won't post to all of them. I will post to the first one I see, and the rest of them, I will just leave them. It does happen from time to time as users aren't aware that others had posted a similar discussion. Most of the duplicate discussions I have seen are starte3d by new users, who will start posting without reading the faqs first or don't do a search to see which topics have already been asked and answered. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I have had a problem with tags lately. When I try to enter one, it takes me to a blank screen so I assume my response was not posted and I have to do it again without adding tags and it works. I wish I knew why also. I have ended up duplicating answers and feeling stupid.
