hi guys, i have recently changed my network. i was using airtel and there were loads of customer care issues so i changed my network. now i am using idea. but there is a problem with messages. i am not receiving messages. all the settings are correct and customer care executive told me that there might be conjution. i have no problems with calls. i receive all the pending messages when i get calls. this problem started some 2 days back. i did not change my handset also.
have any of you got this problem. is there anyway to over come this. i dont want to go back to airtel.

hi saiyan....
i believe your handset is not configured with your new idea connection, the sms center numbers must have some problems, maybe thats why all your messages gets delayed.
you can call your idea and customer call center and ask them to reconfigure your sms message center settings, that should sort out your problem.

thank you... i planning to change my handset to nokia... its the set that does not have these problems i guess.. thanks buddy and cheers
