Well if you think your earning is decreasing all of a sudden, well it is because your post have been deleted, and everytime your post is deleted, Mylot will deduct your earnings, so if you see a discussion and you think some one is violating the TOS of this site, try avoiding to post on this, because it would probably be deleted and you'll likely to be deducted.

Hello jamed28, I don't avoid all of them -- and never mind if my earnings are decreased -- : They are sometimes interesting, and it is not because somebody tags "duplicate discussion" that the discussion will be deleted. Times to times, I inform a newcomer that his/her discussion will be deleted and I send him/her to the FAQ and guidelines. Have a nice day.

I find it so more worthwhile to lose one post and warn someone so that they are aware of their mistake but then they get it right, than just avoid them and then see them posting the same topic with the same mistake over and over again. It is worthwhile for all of us becauae then, many times, those users will start posting worthwhile discussions giving all of us new places to respond (and earnI. If we just leave them to their own way of doing things we eventually lose them all together

One has to be an idiot to comment, respond to comments that are likely to be deleted later. I don't know why people do that. Maybe because most of the users find those topics interesting? Whatever the reason is, it is something we should take care of. I mean there are thousands of other discussions we can begin and discuss, why something that is deleted later? Good post though.

I would rather be an idiot than see someone drowning I have just responded on a topic by a user who is having difficulty understanding something in the FAQs. I KNOW that the whole topic will be removed but at least we have a happy Lotter now that they have resolved their problem. Yup, I don't mind being an idiot one little bit in that case...

What I meant was we should take care of what we are writing, so that our time that spent in writing a paragraph is not wasted. This is what Mylot encourages us to do; not to violate its rules and regulations. I think you will agree with me this time, GoAskAlice. :)

ehsanji, I don't think that's a fair statement. If your statement was fair then I would be the biggest idiot of us all. We have many members who volunteer their time and advice knowing that their response won't be around for long and that no earnings will be accumulated as a result. In fact, I see at least three of these members in this very discussion.

I don't avoid all of them, as I feel it is our duty to tell other users what they can and can't do in here, so they are aware. Besides, it isn't all that much being lost anyway. You would be surprised how many users are thankful for the help because some of us have taken the time to answer a question they might have, and at the same time told them not to post discussions that violate the terms of use. I don't mind helping others, as I benefit form helping them in other ways besides money. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

yes your right, so if your aware of what post that will get deleted then dont bother to respond even if you already open the topic. most of the time specially those who have personal referral link i reported them to admin for some lesson so hat others will not follow

Yes I know. However, It's hard to define discussions that violating the guidelines. For discussion that contain referrals link, its easy to say that it violating the guidelines however, if the discussion contain poll, it's hard for me. I always try to avoid myself from slip to respond to violated guidelines discussions but it happen occasionally. even though my earning will be deducted due to my responses being deleted, I will not do protest. Just let the admin rate us and obey their policy.

Sound advice jamed. To think that 2 of mine have recently been deleted I should be more cautious.
