let us try to make 2012 movie not to happen in real life!!!!

Though many rumours say that the earth will be destroyed in 2012 , I still do not believe that . And I am not scared about that . Do others have the same thoughts , like me ?

I don't believe that the end of the world is going to happen in 2012 like in the movie, but I have to agree with you on the fact that if we don't do something to save this Mother Earth, more pollution will occur and stuff like that. There are lots of things which can be done for us to show our love and kindness to the Earth.

I Watched this movie and I really liked the special effects that came into play! I think there has been so much talk about the end of the world and the year 2012 in particular! I know that the movie focuses on the date of 21st December 2012 and this is supposedly when the Mayan calandar comes to an end and so everyone is curious as to whether anything will actually transpire on this date. I care about this planet and I try to do my bit which includes regular cycling as opposed to travelling around on transport! I also use a shopping bag and I use this same shopping bag everytime I purchase my groceries! I don't like those plastic carrier bags and I heard that they can take many, many years to eventually erode away once dumped on a land fill site and this can be very bad for the environment. I think it's really upsetting to watch the rain forest slowly disappear and I hope they do something real soon in order to prevent this. I know that the trees are important and they help collect excess carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This is a lovely planet and I hope that we can improve in terms of going green! Andrew

well ya i agree with you... the atmosphere is changing so drastically in negative ways... look at the weird pattern of cold and heat all over the world, no of tsunamis and earthquakes are increasing day by day.. it is as if mother mother nature is showing her frustration that this is a limit of all this... if you human race will not come on the right track then i will show you what i can do.. and its time we should take it seriously.. coz in race of improving our so called lifestyle we are destroying our mother nature.. we are ruining her beauty and making her ugly.. here are few tips 1. we should try to decrease the use of ACs... 2. we should use public transport,, surviving is more important than showing off our car to the neighbor.. 3. everyday we should keep our lights off for one hour in the whole world.. 4. should plant trees on every special occasion.. 5. should not let the taps running without use.. 6. try not to use polythene.. TRY IT AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET LATER... GOD BLESS U ALL... TAKE CARE..

I saw this movie and I really believe that this could happen. There are just to many factors contributing to the slow destruction of nature. And yes you are right man is responsible for what is happening. I think it is up to us to change this. But I still have this strong belief that nobody can predict the end of the world. \ We must continue to trust God and believe in him.

Yes because I know that something is going to happen in 2012 because our earth is dying slowly due to people not being green. The global warming which is also due to us because we do so many things to cause this.

I agree. Saving the earth is in our own hands. We should all do our part in saving the earth. Doing little good deeds everyday will help the earth, because you are one less human who's polluting the earth. Here are my simple tips: 1. Dispose of your trash properly - don't throw trash on the streets. If you could pocket your trash, put it in your bag or hold on to it until you find a trash can, the better. - gadget waste is harmful to the earth. Recycle them properly. You could sell them at gadget recycling facilities or turn them into robots! 2. Reuse - reuse stuff like bottles. Anything reusable is worth reusing. Prolonging the time before an object becomes trash will help lessen the garbage 3. Recycle - stuff that are considered junk could be recycled into other stuff. Paper could be made into decorative paper maches and recycled novelty papers which you could resell. Old electronics gadgets could be turned into other gadgets. The posibilities are endless 4. Reduce - reducing the use of anything will help help increase sustainable development 5. Use public transport - lessening the amount of toxic fumes emitted by cars will help the environment. Carpool or use public transport. Use bicycles for short journeys. 6. Don't waste water - water is our most valuable resource, DONT WASTE IT. A an could go without food for a week, but without water, a man will die in 3days or less

Yes suraj i completely agree with you. Mankind has to go green now if they want the net generation to be able to survive on this planet. I believe that they should be in making the choice now itself only. In that way man can ensure the safety and the continuity or generations to follow. I hope i live long enough to see that day when my grandson gets married!
