6 mos.? For me it would be my notebook. I got is for like 17k, and after like 6 mos. it broke down. I couldn't find the warranty card so I had it opened in a computer shop, only to find out that the motherboard is the problem.
What a waste. How about you, what was the most expensive thing that you bought that broke down in less than 6 mos.?

Actually it only lasted just one day and I really felt so bad about it. The thing that I am talking about is my new bag. I love how the bag was made but I think I have put so many things on it that It got destroyed.

I hate that too when it happens to my bag. So, now I'm always checking how the materials can outlast all the things I'm carrying.

Haha... It's in peso. Your bike was stolen. That's sad. Did you buy another one?

So far, everything has been good to me. My netbook though is kinda sensitive and tends to overheat, but it's still working and I think it would last long, hehehe. It's turning a year old this September already..
I think I have been lucky that I don't have horror stories about buying stuff and in the end I lose a lot cause it's not working or there's something wrong with it.
So I'm curious, what was the brand of the notebook?

Though I didn't buy it, I had an iPod Touch break down after about four months of use. I still have received no response from Apple as to why their shoddy products broke down so fast, despite their marketing giving off the impression that they make quality long-lasting products. Oh, Apple, you make crap!

I think it would be a gateway desktop computer bad motherboard and other problems in less than 6 months. But we found the warrenty and still ended up sending it back for a refund.Note to self stay away from Gateway computers. So I have a Dell now and its much better.

I don't buy expensive things ...
In my country people say something like ... one expensive thing worth cheap for u if you buy it. That means that if u buy expensive things u can use it years and if u buy something cheap it will break soon and u have to buy another one.
But i don't have enough money to buy expensive things :D so when i buy something cheap, i expect to use it not more than some months.
My notebook is the the most expensive thing i've ever owned and it's doing fine 3 years now. When something happens, my bf make it work again ... :)

Anyway, that would be my bike, 300 euros, stolen... ok not broken but else I cannot think of anything...
