Yes ladies and gentlemen I am going to do some jogging again. I downloaded a podcast with 27 lessons. But I have doubts on whether it is tailored to my level or not. I've listened to the first lesson and the scheme was as follows: Lesson 1 1. Run 1 minute. 2. Walk 1 minute. 3. Run 2 minutes. 4. Walk 2 minutes 5. Run 3 minutes. 6. Walk 3 minutes. But isn't this a bit too much for an overweight beginner like me? I've jogged in the past and I always did 30 seconds and 1 minute of walking, and that until I felt I could proceed to one minute. What is your advice?

Yes that seem a bit much for beginners. I would say make sure you stretch before any type of work out first. Than maybe start walking the first day. The second day I would try to jog until you feel it is a bit to much and always, always walk after a jog for at least 3 - 5 minutes so the muscles do not tighten up. I would definitely consult a doctor before starting form of work out that would be my best advice. Good luck with that.

Yet it is really weird, as they're for beginners. Anyway thanks for your reply, gurl.
