Getting Sap of My Car

Hello Everyone! I recently parked my car under a tree. I figured I would try and keep it out of the hot sun. However, this turned out to be a terrible decision. When I got back to my car, there were two large drops of sap on the roof. I have tried everything to get it off, but nothing works. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, how did you get it off your car? Thanks!!!

I will give that a shot! I tried Simple Green, which is a mild degreaser that I use to clean my wheels and engine (it works amazing for that), but didn't work too well. I am going to try some sort of skin oil (called Skin So Soft). I have heard that it may also work. And I will also try the Purell. Those don't seem to be to harsh, so it shouldn't affect the paint at all. Thanks for the input!!!
