Do you participate in any type of Book Club?

I am a 7th grade Language Arts teacher, so I obviously love to read. I lead a 7th grade boys book club, but have never been in a book club of my own. Do you particpate in book clubs? Are they online or in person? What are some recommended ones to join?

I have been in book reading clubs in the past at different colleges that I have been taught at. If you want to find a book reading circle or club in your area you can check out meetups.com they would have a list of book clubs in your area you could join. I have been about of many book buying clubs on the internet such as the Science fiction book club and others like it which I like because I can get books cheaper. I have never tried an online reading club though, it could be interesting.

Meetups.com I will definately check out. I have not done one online either, however, there are all kinds out there
