What do i need to know before putting up an online store?

Guys i need your help!! Me and my friends are planning to put up an online store selling clothes and accessories through the internet, but we don't have any idea on what we need to do. Since we are using a social site to advertise our products, what would you suggest that we need to make sure that everything will work as fine.. any ideas, suggestions, comments? everything will be highly appreciated. unless you and your friends are professional web designer i recommend a web designer that has a web store feature..look at webs.com and you will need to invest to make it have more lots and for an actual .com domain (you will need one if you want to be taken seriously) and make sure the design is serous and complex remember people are buying fro you and wont buy unless you look serious..(it will be easy at that website)Thats all i got good luck

so you mean its better that way than to post it on social sites? I mean lots of people are using social sites everyday and its free as well.. Any way i will discuss it with my friend thank you so much..
