You see near your old house is a grand, elegant house 2 storey high, you see its affordable within your budget, would you buy it? Would you grab this opportunity on a fully furnished house, but stories around say that this is haunted that's why it has not been used for a while. What do you think?

I'll say yes, I'm gonna buy it, because personally, I don't believe in ghosts or anything of the supernatural kind. And if it's affordable but with no conceivable damage, then I'd definitely go for it. And if by any chance I Do encounter something else from the other dimension and ruin my grounded belief in scientific explanation, then it I would consider it a very enlightening experience and promptly put it up for sale again. :P

yeah why not right. If the price is right and the physical aspects are still intact, then i would also go for it. But if something weird happens, im n0t sure lol.

Sure, as long as nothing is majorly wrong with it. Physically, that is. em]cool[/em] Haunted? Sounds fun. If I get bored around the house it'll be a free form of entertainment! Perhaps the ghost could sing for me, or turn off the stove if I forgot? Who knows. No-one ever thinks of the benefits of having the supernatural around that could potentially lead to a helping hand and a new friend!

that is a good way of looking at it. N0t getting scared and anyway theres still no proof that there really are ghosts.

For me, it would depend upon what sort of spirit was haunting the house. If it was an evil spirit, I would pass on the opportunity. If it were a troubled spirit, or one that would not cause harm to me or my family, I would probably go for it. In my opinion, finding out what happened in the house or on the land would be important before I made up my mind.

So you would first go ahead and do a little research, well I think not little but a wide research on the history of the house before you buy it. Thats also a good idea, though too much work needs to be done, dont you think? But if you really want something, you will do whatever it takes just to prove yourself or get it.

In our daily life we are living with haunted people everywhere.they do not care for others and creates trouble. These are visible ghosts.why I should be afraid of invisible ghosts,if even then exists will not at least harm us.So,gladly I shall buy that haunted house. But let me know where is it and may I buy it.

I think I will go for it. I will buy it as an investment but not as a primary residence. If have spare money in the bank then I think it will be a good investment. I think I can have the house torn down and rebuild a new house if I would live there.

THat is also a great idea, its definitely a good investment. Could build a new house or leave it as an empty lot that can be sold on a higher price. Here in our place, the longer the place, the higher the value.
