I used to click on omnibux and earned $1.5 and then I stopped clicking at it as someone told me it is a scam site. I want to know if it is paying or not. Please tell me if you have got paid from omnibux recently?

I am a member of omnibux.But still I've not reached the minimum level of payout.Is it really a scam? In fact majority of the online earning sites are scam.They waste a lots of our valuable time.Can any rule be framed to regulate them? It is most urgent at least to save our time and hard earned money.
