What things do you cook on your George Forman Grill?

We use it a lot. I make grilled cheese, grilled ham and cheese. I cook bacon on it. I cook vegetables on it. I cook pork chops, steak, chicken on it also. Comes in very handy and takes a lot of the grease out of foods making them much more healthy. What about you, got any recipes or ideas to share?

we did some yummy eggplant on it, have done pork chops, steaks, chicken - hey do you happen to have that lemon chicken recipe that came with the grill - we had it once and loved it, but lost the recipe!

Eggplant? I will have to try that one. As for the lemon chicken recipe in the manual, I will have to look for it. We have done that one, too. Very good. We also use this spice from Weber. It is called Weber Grill Creations Dry Rub Sweet n Savory Salmon. I use it on fish, chicken, steaks, pork chops. Very good.

tamari - will have to look it up, but that does sound like what we did - maybe not with the tamari...

okay, that's what we did, went without and increased the lemon juice probably, but we now have soy sauce in the house so we can use that
