and it's driving me nuts. My house id vibrating. I have closed all the doors and windows, and turned on the air conditioner, and I can still hear it. If I say anything, they will probably turn it up.
We apparently don't have an ordinance against excessive noise in this town.

I know exactly what you mean. We also have those kinds of neighbors in our neighborhood. They are also very inconsiderate about others to think that their house is just 2 meters away from their house. I dont like them because they are not educated enough to think that they are bothering others.
