How Do You Keep Track Of Your Online Earning Sites?

How do you keep track of your online earning sites? Do you have them all bookmarked in your internet browser? Do you have them listed in a spreadsheet on your computer? Do you just remember them off the top of your head? How do you stay organized and make sure you make the most money from each site you participate on?

I created a free website at www.weebly.com . It's a very easy site and it took no time for me to create my own website! I use my website to list all of the sites I'm currently earning on and then I also have a blog where I blog about how much I earn on each site, each month! So my website not only helps me keep track of the sites but it also helps me keep track of how much I'm earning on each one, each month. You're more than welcome to check my website out to see how I did it. The link is in my profile!

My first website was a freewebs, actually. But I do have a weebly that I created for my bluc at my college. I have to say, the pages are slow to load, but very easy to navigate and create a website!

Hi Steph, I have not reached the point where I need to really organize them because I only have about 2~3 of them now and putting them in bookmarks works fine just now. But your posts have warned me about the potential trouble I could be in once I expanded my online sites, so now I'm eagerly reading the other suggestions here. Thanks everyone!

I'm glad this discussion helped you! I was just curious how other people organized their online earning sites. I might use some of the tip myself!

I use a notebook that I have just for my online earnings. I write down the month at the top of the page and then at the end of the month I write down the name of the site and how much I cashed out for that month. Then I write the total at the bottom of the page for how much I earned for that month.

That's a good idea! I tried that, but I just kept forgetting to update it.

My online incomes are mostly sent in my paypal account so if I would like to go over my past online income, I just go to paypal.com and see my archives. I am not really good in updating my earnings in my blog or in other online sites, so my paypal account is just enough for me.

I have a spreadsheet set out for all my sites, account balances and cash-out amounts etc. It helps me keep focused and organized and able to do all my sites daily and also see if I am close to cashing out on any site. It also helps motivate me when I see all those figures :D

I update my yahoo calendar every time I make money from my different sites. Its easier that way. In doing so I can remember when I get paid, how much i'll get paid, and if its a check when to expect the arrival date. Before I started my calendar I was a complete mess, I couldn't remember what site the money came from in my paypal account, so being organized helps and saves a lot!

You can get this in paypal as well. Just search for the payments you received and paypal will show you. Or any other payment processor whichever you use to earn. The cheques can be managed in the way you have mentioned. This is a nice idea, I will try to implement as nowadays things are really chaotic at my end. Lots of thanks

All my sites are bookmarked for easier navigation, and before, I had everything laid out in a spreadsheet, although I became more and more busy so I was not able to update it, and now I just keep all the figures in my head since there are only a few sites left that I am working on so I really know how much I make, and how long am I from the payout.

I keep the figures in my head as well. And I have my sites bookmarked. It's worked for me so far. I think I'd be lazy with the spreadsheet. I don't even record what I use my credit card for anymore!

That's a good idea. Maybe I'll just continuously drop by my profile to remind myself what sites I haven't visited throughout the day. Thanks for the tip! Easy and convenient!

Mmm, I mainly use bookmark in my browser. My memory isn't good enough to remember so many URLs. As how to organize these site and distribute time on them, I haven't got any idea now. I don't know how to do to maximize my earning.

Yes my brain mostly, but for computer organization sake I use roboform. I try not to ever use same pword with any site so I do not want to have to remember or jot them down anywhere else. I have a backup with the roboform so I am pretty safe in that aspect. BTW, I am going to PM you in a minute, thought about you today.
