DC's third lamest character gets his own movie....Great!!!

Found out the other day they're making a Green Lantern movie.
Ug, seriously... Ok the powers are kinda nice but the weakness is incredible. It's the color yellow. He can't affect anything yellow. 
He could be beaten by a graffiti artist with a can of yellow spray paint.
I can definitely say I'm not paying to see this movie. If someone I know gets it ( which I doubt ) I might borrow it for a laugh but I'd never pay money for it.
The only lamer characters DC has is Aqua Man & Zan of the wonder twins.
Come on... One can speak to fish, real helpful in stopping crime there... The other can become water. Zan's sister can become any creature she wants, say a tyrannosaurus that could gobble up bad guys , & he gets to become a puddle. He definitely got the short end of the stick when the special powers were handed out.
It seems like DC game everything good to Superman & Batman. Superman got all the good powers, Batman got the gadgets. Everyone else got the left overs...
So will you go see The Green Lantern?

Of course I am going to watch Green Lantern. I like him. And I wish you didn't call him lame at all. Green Lantern was very amusing to me when I was a child. I used to believe than in brightest day or in darkest night, Green Lantern would come to rescue me with his light.
