epiphone les paul for ibanez art100?

i originally had an ibanez art100 in white, but it cracked between the pickups and I returned it for an epiphone les paul mainly because I trust Epiphone's products more than I do an Ibanez. But, after I got better at guitar, I released my les paul SUCKS. its always out of tune, even after i tune it and it weighs a ton. It actually almost broke my foot. My strap broke and it hit my digitech rp50 pedal and my foot. It literally cracked. I'm thinking about maybe pawning my les paul and getting an ibanez art100 again. I really liked the paint job and I read pretty good reviews about it. What do you guys think I should do? (Oh yah, my epiphone les paul is an epiphone les paul 100. its the same price as the ibanez art 100 $299.99).
