Best paid to click email or ptc ad sites

I've more recently begun exploring ptc email and ad sites, and am always looking for some good ones. Anyone have any great sites that have paid out already to you personally in a timely manner and consistently?

i have several really great sites that pay...i haven't quite figured out the upload yet, but i don't recommend a site or try for referrals until they pay out to me personally.
