My sister has turned into Bridezilla!!

My sister is getting married in Aug. She has made all the arrangements so far and only has minimal things to get done before the big day. However, she has gotten quite a little attitude with guests she has invited. She is getting married at a vineyard with the horse and buggy as her arrival vehicle. This is the whole 9 yrds wedding with costs approaching $15000. She sent out invitation that stated semi to formal attire requested. We come from a family of nothing but hicks. So, of course, many of them said no they were wearing jeans. She has went as far as uninviting some people because of this. She wants everything perfect and I understand this, but if she knows our family background and only wrote requested on the invites, should she really be going this far?
