Playing game of chess online

It is a convenient way to play chess by internet. However some people still think they should play chess face-to-face. We may read scores of books that tell us "How to Play Chess". We may seek advice from people who are fairly expert at the game. However, the best advice comes from actually playing the game. Those of us who are hooked to the online version of chess will testify that it has helped us hone our skills to a great extent. Which style do you like more?

So far I have not succeeded going beyond the 3rd move when playing with the pc. If you can do say even 5 moves you can call yourself a winner. I marvel at the moves that the pc makes!! -the least expected ones!!

well im average player but i dont like playing chess online.

Hi Kevinll,
It depends, if i dont get anyone to play, then i ll go to computer and play online chess.I think online chess is also good.We can make new friends and develop communication.Same times it is worst if you play with a person who really do not know anything about chess in online.
