Internet cables are going to be damaged most in monsoon

In monsoon in india there are lots of problem of damges of internet cable in our area some times it will take 10-12 days to repaired a damgage cable and we hardly leave without internet nowdays so we need to use to go on friend or internet cybercafe in monsoon under rain.
