Why everybody likes to sing in monsoon?

As monsoon comes we see many people to sing in open atmosphere it's great season to enjoy from my point of view but we know that many birds like cuckoo,peacock are also dancing in the rain and that attracts many people so singing in while showering under rain in monsoon it's amazing.

After many months of heat and minimal water resources.The monsoons bring water and greenery all round.It is from water that life flourishes.I feel because this essential of life has arrived the birds celebrate with joy.Without water how do we sustain ourself that is why many people sing and dance in the rain.
